If you would have done your job and actually used my seller credit instead of giving it back to the sellers. My experience also would have been better if you would have been honest with what you could do for me from the start. You promised a certain pmi rate when I was shopping around, and then the day of signing you let me know that you can't actually do that and instead gave me a pmi rate that was 2x higher than the one you promised.

Dan was so dedicated to getting us into our home. We are not the typical couple,. We had to make sure my divorce got finalized. We scrounged to put together good faith money! My ex put in $2000 and and Jim’s brother put in $ 3000. He gave extra to help pay for our trips back and forth from CA. Then Dan helped us through the entire process. We are probably the only people that buy a house without seeing it first. But we did and I am glad
