USAA was giving me the runaround by delaying my closing date constantly as well as asking for unreasonable amounts of paperwork, adding unnecessary costs and being extremely disrespectful. I was referred to Kelli by my realtor and she immediately jumped on the case. She had everything transferred over to her within a day or two and she worked extremely hard to ensure I closed on my house as soon as humanly possible. Even working while she was on vacation and on the weekends. She is the best!

Working with Kelli made my first home buying experience memorable and easy. She was available for all of my many questions, and never made me feel my questions or concerns were insignificant, rather that they were important and valid.
