Joe, Dave and the entire team at Primary Residential are Great to work . I have been have been selling homes for 39 years, and this is the best lender that I have ever worked with. They have saved deals that others lenders could not do, on my listing side. I always have the approval way ahead of time.

Thank you for being a pro and delivering on time. The worst thing I as a listing agent have to deal with is explaining to the seller why someone on the other end could not deliver on a date with a month or more notice. Being on time is the most important thing from the listing side of the deal. I always tire of taking the brunt for other peoples failures as it is often the messenger that gets shot and even if they are understanding it wastes my time for someone else's incompetence.
