I appreciated John being so informative and patient with me. He really went to bat for me when I needed it. John acted like he always had my best interest at heart.

This is the second time we have used John to purchase a home. We first used John in 2011 to purchase our starter home. We had no knowledge of the home buying process and were very nervous about the process. John made the process very easy for us to understand and stress free. Our situation became much more complex when we sold that home and decided to build a new home. We would not have our forever home if not for John's constant help. He saw the process from start to finish including guidance on rebuilding my credit. We had numerous concerns and questions during the process and I never felt uncomfortable to call John. (And believe me I called a lot). John always answered his phone or quickly called me back with an in depth explanation. He went above and beyond what I would have expected out of a lender. I would not use anybody but John if I need a lender and we have recommended him to our friends and family in any home buying situation.

John Litzinger handled our re-fi and it could not have been a smoother,easier process. John explained each step in detail and told me the how's and why's of a sometime complicated transaction.I would highly recommend Mr. Litzinger if you want things done quickly,smoothly and professionally.

John Litzsinger is on top of his game .. he always returns your call quickly , this to me , is very important .. He did my my current home loan and also a refinance.. He is very pleasant and honest .. If you need any help , he is willing to help any way he can.. I have referred him to friends of mine as well ..

John gave us more information then any lender I have ever used. We felt very safe and knowledgeable about our time with him. He showed us a variety of ways to buy our home and we ended up going with a 30 year fixed rate. Everything was great from start to finish and getting into a very low rate.
