I wouldn’t say it was all Jared’s fault. For a first time buyer a lot of these things need to be broken down especially closing cost. I was under the impression we had the funds to close and then three days before closing I’m told we need 3,00$ more. This really put me in a tight spot we’re I was trying to figure out my living situation of my current residence. Communication was a big issue between the processor and underwriting. Sometime it was difficult to get ahold of the processor! It was just a stressful experience.
