John was great at keeping me informed of what was going on and what to expect. He was quick to respond to texts, emails, and phone calls, and he was extremely pleasant when doing so. He never made me feel rushed. He made me feel like I was important and not just a "number" in his book of business. I am for sure going to send people his way, because I know the excellent level of service they will receive from him. Thank you John!

John and his team always were there when I had a question. He always returned communication even if it was 9 pm !!!! He got me a better internet rate than I expected. Closing costs were fair. I liked my experience enough that I’m looking into getting a rental house re-done as well . Thank you and I will be telling everybody about John as the opportunities arise.
