Joe's communication and knowledge through the entire lending process was phenomenal.<br/>I was warned by someone close to me that in his 32 closings through his lifetime, not one has occurred on time as scheduled. Everything went to perfection in just a 25-day closing! To top it off, we were first time home buyers! He was even able to provide great communication with our buyer's agent as well to make sure we had the premium experience everyone wants! We expect another purchase within a few years and will not hesitate to request Joe's services as our preferred lender!

Joe Bragg is an extremely knowledgeable mortgage broker. My wife and I choose Joe over competing mortgage company because he made us more like a customer and friend over just a client. My wife an I experienced a very stressful process of purchasing our first home and Joe kept us sane through the entire process. He worked hard for us and I would recommend him and his staff to any future home buyer.

Joe is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He is very detail oriented and follows up to make sure everything is moving along and in order. Joe got back to us the same day we contacted him. The loan closed on time and the fees paid at closing were actually a little less than quoted. He did a great job for us!
