Jay and his team went above and beyond to help me purchase my home with terms that I didn't think were possible, given some issues with my credit. He guided me consistently for 10 months as I dealt with tricky issues, always being positive and encouraging. I will definitely come back to Jay for any future mortgage needs.

Jay Atterstrom and his team understood the tight time constraints that I was under and went above and beyond to help me achieve the closing date I needed. Also, being self employed makes the job a little more difficult and they knew what to do to make it all work. I also f felt like they gave me personal service instead of just being a file. Thanks ti Jay and Karina for all of their hard work to get me into my new home before the end0 of the year.
