Jamie is proactive... she let us know rates were very good and kept this easy and simple throughout the entire refinance process amidst all of the Covid 19 turmoil. I appreciate her professionalism and candor. Highly recommended.

Communication throughout this loan experience was confusing and inaccurate. Jamie had initially spoken with my wife about the myriad of fees and costs that would be waived due to using a conventional mortgage vs. an FHA. None were waived, and the out-of-pocket for us was so much higher that we were forced to choose to not pay some debts that we'd initially planned to consolidate. Jamie's communication was inconsistent and lacking any confidence, oftentimes being contradictory.
