Jody was fantastic. When I started this process I had spoken to another Broker and walked away very unimpressed and uncertain what the next step was. Then I was referred to Jody. Jody was up front and Honest the entire time. Told me what he needed, what to expect, and the do's and don'ts while doing this. He Answered all my questions every step of the way. He under promised but definitely over delivered. If you are looking to get a mortgage I would highly recommend Jody and his team.
