Ida went well above and beyond what is expected of a loan officer. Not only does she have a wealth of mortgage experience and wisdom, but her tenacity in closing our incredibly difficult loan was impressive. She really did save our lives- without her, we would have gone into default and our lives would have spiraled downward.

Ida went WAY above and beyond to help guide us through a very complicated loan. She did not give up and succeeding in helping us where another lender couldn’t. I will absolutely be using her for any and all loans from now on! I also think I made a friend in the process- she’s amazing!
