Ida was a delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable; thorough; quick to respond to emails, calls and questions; looked at all the alternatives and found solutions for the difficulties we encountered along the way. I would work with her again and would definitely recommend her to others.

Ida started out with me a year ago and gave me the heartbreaking news that I would not be able to purchase a home at that time; however, she didn't leave. She became my constant cheerleader! She let me know what I had to do and scheduled check-ins to keep me on track. I think I was more excited for our check-ins so I can show her how much progress I made! A year later I finally got the news I was searching for, “You're preapproved!” It was a long journey, but a happy one! I owe Ida everything!!
