M: Hi there! My name is Michelle Wilson.
Q: What role do you play in PRMI’s office?
M: I am residential mortgage Loan originator/Loan Officer.
Q: What 3 words would best describe your personality?
M: Fun energetic and a go-getter.
Q: What’s your best personal trait?
M: Family Oriented.
Q: What do you think is PRMI’s most valuable service we provide?
M: WOW well I think that we are a full service loan team. I mean we have a well oiled machine at PRMI making the loan process quick easy and efficient while getting our clients into their new home with the least amount of stress possible.
Q: What makes you stand out from our competition?
M: First and foremost Personal Attention. I respond quickly. And secondly, I fight to make every deal work. I find a way to teach my clients what they need to do to get into their home.
Q: What’s your Hobbies and your favorite thing about your hobbies?
M: Well my hobbies changed the moment I had my little girl. So right now she is the favorite thing/person so I would say playing dress up with her while I still can!
Q: What makes PRMI your home?
M: The people. We have an amazing team that works together… Even in stressful situations we always come together to get it done! I am so proud and honored to be on the PRMI Hendersonville team.
Q: What is your favorite part of your day?
M: Well as a loan officer I am always happy when I get that CLEAR TO CLOSE email but ultimately that is because I get to call my client and tell them WE DID IT!
Q: Who are some of your Realtor friends?
M: Sharon Simmons at Benchmark is my biggest referral partner. I feel we work really great together and serve our clients well. I am always looking for additional realtor partners to work with. Mickey Duncan, Jessica Warren, Chalee Tennison and Tammy Chambers are a few realtors that are close friends.
Q: Tell us your funniest/most embarrassing PRMI work moment.
M: Oh Geeze I work from home so I get to hide a lot of the embarrassing moments.
Q: If you weren’t working at PRMI, what would you be doing?
M: I would probably still be in the mortgage industry. I value my job and am grateful to be a part of this journey for my clients.
Q: Who is an inspiration to you?
M: My branch manager, James Harper! He has been a mentor to me in the industry. He helped me get into this career with no experience and lead me to a successful career in my first 6 months. He is a very hard worker and fights every day to make things happen!
Q: If you could meet anyone in the world, who would it be?
M: Brene Brown.
Q: Guilty pleasure?
M: OREOS and milk.
Q: Favorite thing to do while in Nashville?
M: Listen to music on a rooftop.
Q: You have an unlimited budget and can live anywhere in the world – where would it be?
M: WOW as long as my family is there I don’t care but I would not mind beach life.
Q: Your favorite meal of all time?
M: Moms Meatloaf.
Q: Favorite holiday?
M: CHRISTMAS and the 6 months leading up to it!
Q: What makes a home to you?
M: Family. I can have a house anywhere but being close with the people you love make it a home.
