Absolutely the best mortgage experience ever!! Seamless application process and there was never a point in which I didn't know what was going on. Heather was extremely prompt in answering any questions I had. The whole process was quick and Heather's team (Trish too!) kept it rolling along through the entire process! HIGHLY recommend!!

We were looking for the lowest rate possible. When we informed Heather that we found a better offer, she ran the numbers again and matched the offer. She was quite helpful in that she answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Her website is user friendly, allowing documents to be uploaded with ease.
