Way to many emails sent out for reminders. It's hard to tell if some of the emails are from this company or spammers as they are third party and not easily identifiable. Paperwork does not reflect the right numbers over and over again but told to sign them anyway to move forward.

Poor document accuracy, incorrect numbers, inattention to details both in written and oral form. Much room for improvement to be compatible with other financial organizations.
