As first time home buyers we were not really aware of the nuances around finding, financing and buying a house. Dave held our hand and walked us through every step of the way and got a great deal on the loan and got us preapproved
Bottom Line : Dave and team are tenacious and hardworking. When we did find the house we both liked Dave went to work hard in the paint with the different lenders and got us a competitive rate and get us in to our dream first time house.
