We could not thank George and his team enough! There is nothing better then having someone in your corner who will see you threw on a big life decision. From the start I had fair warned George of my other half and his ADHD. This man and his team of ladies where nothing but understanding. I'm sure we made them pull there hair more then once with all of our questions, calls and emails, but not once did they ever make us feel like we could not come to them. They pushed us forward and kept us on track as well as made the process as easy as possible. This guy came threw with a personality of little guy next door(ready to go and be there for you) .Don't let the big company scare you! They where there to go above and beyond. I would recommend George to anyone who is a new and first time home buyer. We cant thank him enough!

Wow! So George is upfront and honest right from the start. HE came to us with facts on what we can afford and all options we had from day one. Him and his team are very responsive and made the entire process seem easy. Even after a wrench was thrown at us 6 days before closing. George and team remained calm and kept us informed of what we needed to do. At know point did we feel out on a cliff alone. They could of said sorry we can make this work in 6 days but they did not. They stayed with us and pulled off what I can only imagine was many long hours of work to change our loan and get us to settlement on time. A great team and I would recommend to anyone looking! Kudos to George Kuda and his team! George was knowledgeable and responsive to my many questions, guiding me to the best possible options for me. His online application and his staff's systematic assembly of the necessary docs, eliminated the usual aggravation associated with a mortgage. This particular real estate transaction has been trying at best, due to the property being an REO. However, George's patience and professionalism has even eclipsed that unpleasantness. <br/>This is my 6th home purchase and I've always used the mortgage consultant suggested by the realtor, but no more. George Kuda will be my only mortgage consultant going forward.

George was always available to answer questions and to move my financial paperwork along. All the ducks were "in a row" for the scheduled closing, which was worry-free for us. We also obtained a very good mortgage interest rate, and out closing costs seemed very reasonable.
