Provide more transparency in the process that impacts the customers financing. Request required documentation for the approval process from customers two weeks in advance instead of two business days in advance of closing. Save your customers some stress by securing the final loan approval prior to the day of closing.

Unfortunately, the fact your credit scores dropped is completely beyond my control. I am sorry your review of our services implied we were somehow responsible for what you perceive to be a “conspiracy” but I have no influence on the scores generated by Equifax, Experian or TransUnion whatsoever. My team and I did everything possible to get you the best terms. I hope you understand my position as this review implies that you feel we had done something less than ethical. We pride ourselves in offering top notch service while maintaining the highest level of integrity. I feel this may have been better directed to the credit bureaus themselves.
