George and his assistant Marcelle were great the whole way through! They are very knowledgeable, hard-working, friendly and approachable people. Throughout my experience it was clearly defined where we were at in the process, what was expected of me and they are very easy to get in touch with for any questions or concerns. George would always inform me of any possibilities that I may need to prepare for such as additional documentation or in my case that I may end up having to increase my down-payment. In the end I did not have to increase my down-payment so that was a nice surprise, but it felt great to know that I was already prepared for any outcome. They are fast too! We gave them a pretty short timeline for the loan approval and they still managed to have everything completely ready to close over a week in advance. George provided absolutely excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone else!

He explained the entire process in a way that we understood and made sure we felt comfortable during the entire home buying process.
