Homebuying Made Easier

The fact he got it done within two weeks, was great. Not all lender can provide that turn around time. My situation was inter to say the least. My original lender, prior to Mike, massively dropped the ball and we didn't end up finding out until the day I sold my home. So it was either closing on our original contract with Mike, or staying at my mothers for an indefinite amount of time. My husband and have a son, I'm expecting another baby, we have a mini horse sized dog, a yorkie, a very big cat, and my husband new addition for our son, and for the home Mike got us approved for, a chicken. My childhood home, may be my parents empty nest, but not bug enough for my zoo and growing family. So needless to say, closing was our only option. Mike and amazing Michelle made it happen. FAST. It was beyond stressful, my anxiety and my hormones got the best of me daily. Even after closing, and finally emptying my 8 storage units, it was like waiting for the other shoe to drop. It wasnt an easy process by any means. I cried more than I've cried in years through this ordeal. But I'm beyond grateful Mike made it happen, and gave me the chance I needed to finally close that stressful chapter, and open a new one in our forever home. Where we just celebrated our gender reveal, weekend of July 4th. Planning our second home birth, except this one is where my sons, will BOTH grow up. and who knows, maybe where we'll conceive either another boy, or our first little girl. NONE of it would be possible without Mike. Forever grateful.
