I wanted a second mortgage but was told that it was too late (it would delay closing) during the process to get one even though that is what we discussed from the beginning.

Every time I call Dave he was there alive human being if he was not there he called back in a very short time he would answer everything for me and he would straighten everything out that needed if I needed a signature he sent someone to me everything was fabulous I will send anybody to him and enjoyed working with him I had nothing to worry about he made me feel confident thanks Dave did a great job

Sandra was prompt, professional, and courteous. The whole process was completed in the time frame promised. There were absolutely no surprises at closing. An excellent job!
