Discussions with Dave and his team were never pleasant. There was a clear lack of communication amongst PRMI team members and an overall inability/ lack of effort to respond to communication in a timely, acceptable fashion. Working with PRMI was the absolute worst part of the home buying process. I'm more than pleased to discuss numerous instances in which Dave and his team failed to meet or exceed expectations.

There was a mistake/miscommunication from processor that cost me thousands of dollars at closings. That was very upsetting. There was also lack of communication after I went under contract, which I didn't like much. Other than that, it was ok.
