Working with Ryan was a very smooth process. In fact, because of Mr. Johnston , this was my BEST EXPERIENCE working on a mortgage . He was easy to talk to, & was always readily available to answer any & all questions or concerns (his wisdom gave me much peace of mind). I started working with Cross Country initially (were recommended & there was NO communication for weeks or sense of urgency. I moved on after PRE qual. Took them a Mth. The moment I found Ryan I had my pre-approval in 24 hrs!. THANKS AGAIN RYAN ! So happy with my new home!!!
