Tammy made my home buying experience as simple as it could possibly be. She walked me through every step there was. I am a first time home owner and really didn't know anything about what I was doing. She reassured me with explanations of every paper I signed. She was patient and kind and I wouldn't think of using anyone but Tammy on any of my future home purchases.

Avoid misunderstandings, and being more committed to deadlines including her co-workers and Manager. There is a lack of communication between co-workers.
