There was a lack of communication between the staff in my family through the entire process. Requests made were not specific. There we’re a couple of interactions that we’re very unprofessional. I can only assume that the staff meant to mute the phone, however failed to do so. I have bought and sold many houses, this was the most difficult process with any financial group that I have ever dealt with. I am certain there is a lack of engagement from upper management of this firm. Not recomm
