I was very anxious and nervous about the whole process as I was totally new to it all. Edgar took the time to explain things to me over and over so that I really understood it. He was very patient, always available via phone/text/email, and he made me feel very comfortable during start to finish. If I ever decide to purchase property again, I will definately call him. I've already recommended him to my friends and family for their future home purchases. :-)
