In my first meeting with David Wyder, I made a regrettable mistake. David was clear and honest in dealing with this. We were able to work this out and successfully move on. I especially appreciated the detailed written updates at each stage of the mortgage process. All of my e-mail questions were answered clearly and patiently. David directed me to Robert DeVito, an excellent homeowner's insurer. Finally, David was a reassuring presence at the closing.
