Amazing, caring, dedicated, efficient...these are the words I would use to describe Davita. Our escrow process has lots of ups and downs and she was there every step of the way to make sure I understood the process. I would recommend her without hesitation. It takes a village to raise a child and it also takes a village to make it through the escrow process- she is someone you want on your side.

Davita was very professional and kept us in the loop. The only thing that bothered me was that I didn't know that when the loan was funded, that the money would go directly to the places to which I owed money. I thought I would have the freedom to pay the debts on my own time - which normally wouldn't make much of a difference, except that a student loan forgiveness bill is being floated right now. It's the difference between and extra 63,000 in my pocket or not.
