Thorough communication every step of the way through the process. All questions were answered extremely fast (as in same day fast), helpful staff and team, always making sure everything was understood. Helpful to be able to view and look at documents online. My wife and I kept commenting on how smooth the experience was, it really felt like they made it easy for us. Would highly recommend!
