Dave was amazing communicating with me, escrow & the buyer informing us of the status of the loan from the beginning to the end through closing by phone call or email. I did not ever have to chase after him to wait on the status of the loan. During this last year Dave kept the buyer informed of the interest rate changes and their credit-worthiness status so when we did find the home they were searching for, the buyer was underwritten and was able to quickly close.
