David and the team (Sylvia) were great to work with. We buy so many homes now it’s like they just know us already! Can’t say the same for our buyers. Their lender was crap and held up our closing. David and team had all our stuff in order and ready to go. Preparation and experience= smooth closing. Thanks again to the team! ...until our next house...(just kidding- John will kill me!)

The overall experience of buying a first home or a home in general is overwhelming and exciting. Though we did not know what we were doing, it was made easy because we received such wonderful guidance. Quick responses to inquires and always willing to go over any details, even the small ones. It could have been during business hours, after hours, or even weekends, we always had fast answers to any issue or questions that we had. David Randolph and Sonia Vasquez are just wonderful in every way.
