I felt passed off to one of the "team" and didnt have much direct communication with Deanna unless something was wrong. The team was good about letting me know about further paperwork along the way. I felt like it drug on for a lot longer than necessary, but I supposed that how these things go sometimes. Deanna was kind and thoughtful throughout my entire process.
