The whole team, was available whenever I had a question or worry. I would pick up the phone and they would help me figure things out. They also explained how things work through the whole process, and that was nice. My only suggestion would be when a client asks for that approval letter, is to know we're going to need it to make an offer. So make sure the client has it prior to looking at any properties. It was a stressful experience, but Deanna and her team helped make it Easy!
