David was very professional. So much was taken care of ahead of the closing that the actual closing went very smoothly and did not take very long. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a mortgage. He was a pleasure to work with.

The entire experience was very smooth and efficient. Dave is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his expertise. For document signing or contract signing portions of the transaction, I would prefer to go over the loan portions of what I’m signing just prior to signing. Another words, I kind of like how along time ago, before electric document signing, lenders would sit down with you and go through the documents prior to signing legally binding contracts. Again, each time you’re signing legally binding documents it would be beneficial to have a phone meeting to walk the customer through the beginning portion of the document that pertains to the actual loan numbers and payments, not necessarily all the other legal papers. I felt that each contract signing that had to do with the loan structure, payments and requirements could have been discussed at the time contracts are e-signed.
