Dave was there with me every step of the way. Old high school friend, guided me through the entire process. I was very busy with a new job and he went out of his way every week to make sure everything was getting done and I was on top of everything.

When we started the home refinancing process, I had great optimism. David called me frequently and we had a good report. I emphasized that I wanted to refinance to get a low rate as well as a low monthly payment. That wasn't the case in the long run. I was given a 3.6% much higher that the 3.123 or 3.2 that I saw earlier in the process. To say the least, I was disappointed but I let it slide because I had a deadline to meet. I am still annoyed because I could have gone with someone else.
