I barely had to do anything! I put all of my faith and trust in Dave and he completely exceeded my expectations. I am generally very busy with work and he was able to assist me on my schedule without any fuss. Him and his support staff were able to my questions quickly and with detail. I would highly recommend his services to a family member or friend.

I really can't say enough about Dave and Nataly. When my wife and I first started looking at homes six months ago, I was fairly intimidated by all that I didn't know and understand. Dave was very patient and gracious in walking me through the process. It's amazing to look back now and think about how much he taught me. Most importantly, without exception, Dave was promptly on top of what needed to be done, was in constant contact with us, and was always very easy to get in touch with.

We were first time home buyers and he was incredibly patient, gracious, and thoughtful in walking us through the process. He never pushed us or tried to sell us on anything. Most importantly, there was not one time in the several months we worked with him where we could not get in touch with him. He was there to answer every question and explain every nuance. We had some unique complications come up on a couple of properties and Dave was there every time to fight for us. I watched friends go through huge headaches with big bank lenders who did not perform on time and jeopardized the sale. I was thankful to never have to worry about that with Dave. He values the working relationship above all else. I would unequivocally recommend anyone to give him a call and let him earn their trust and business. He will.

I was blown away with how responsive Dave and his team were. I was a first time homebuyer and I didn't know anything about purchasing a home, but Dave walked me through all the steps and explained them to me in a way that made sense and still conveyed all the important details.
