My experience was truly impressive with Mr. Kofi. Here is my story briefly. I looked for 2 years for a home and applied for a mortgage with the Montgomery County Down Payment Assistance Program, but every lenders I encountered in the past promised me something that they did not have. I was so desperate to find a good lender. My credit score dropped several times because I shopped around with many lenders but they didn't have what I was looking for and yet I had an excellent credit score. So I decided to change the way I researched lenders. I went to the Montgomery County website. I found Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc through the Montgomery Country website's list of approved lenders and searched for the best loan officer, that's how I found Mr. Kofi. His previous clients had good reviews about him, that's why I chose him and I don't regret it. I can say today that I made the right choice!!! What reviews say about Mr. Kofi is true. I had this experience. Mr. Kofi encouraged me from day one, even when my contract failed the first time. He would give me words of encouragement like “don’t give up” and that had a tremendous impact on me and made me believe until the end. He was very patient with me, explaining everything I needed to know. For example, he explained the loan estimate document to me with all the most complicated vocabulary and numbers that I couldn't understand. Honestly, today I am so happy and relieved. I was approved with the down payment assistance I was looking for. Additionally, Mr. Kofi and his team (Loan Processor Michelle Buss) worked quickly (even on weekends) to gather all the papers I needed for the closing and he even arranged an early closing so that I could move out the same day.
