Everyone was super polite' friendly and helpful. The process seemed unorganized. It would be helpful if there was a plan up front. We will need.... If you have rental property we need....If you have mortgage we need... Seems everyday was a mad rush for unexpected document. Only to repeat for something different the next day. I felt there should be some organization and the team should know what to ask for up front. I understand the underwriter may ask for additional documents but it seems we ha
