What made my experience great was good communication between myself and my loan officer. Any time I had a question she was very attentive and got back to me in a timely manner.

John was patient and helped to walk us through our first home buying experience. No matter what type of question we asked or how many questions we asked John never made us feel stupid or feel like we were wasting his time. He was always available for us anytime we needed him and he even reached out to us as he was leaving for vacation. You really can't place a value on customer service like that.

From the beginning they were extremely supportive. We had some work to do on our credit score but that didn’t deter this lender from helping us. When another lender turned us away, we were worried we’d have to wait and in waiting we would have lost our Lot we had chosen. They worked with us to bring our score up and got us in our dream home.
