I started in the mortgage business in 1996 and worked my way up from processing loans to originating them.  The amount of change in the industry over the last 24 years has been unprecedented, and it is one of the reasons I stay with this business…it is never boring!  Although the constant education and training can be challenging, in the end, it makes us all better mortgage originators.
