Primary Residential Mortgage did a fine job with our home loan. They were professional, efficient, and clear with documents and timelines. There would have been no way our bank, which was our original plan to finance with, could have done our loan in the fast time Dale and his team did! I would recommend PRM to any first-time homebuyers.
