I worked with Dale on my refi and he was fantastic! He listened to what was important to me and helped me to find the best rate I possibly could, I had spoken with 4 other loan officers or brokers and there was an obvious difference between the level of attention and care that Dale displayed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a refi or purchase to reach out and ask for Dale.

I would highly recommend PRMI to everyone, Dale and his team are awesome and I have nothing but the best to say about them. Always kept me in the loop as to my loan and the progress of it , they were fast and very efficient all the way up too and through my closing. If your looking to get a mortgage or a refi anytime soon, give Dale and his team a call. I have used them 3 times myself, and will use no one else but PRMI. This is the second time I have used Dale Stanford and his Team. They were so great to work with on my refinance. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I will definitely be referring them to people I know!!

Great Company to work with! Good communication throughout the process. We had a complicated financial situation and a hard deadline for our refi and I didn't think they could do it. They actually beat the deadline. We would definitely recommend.
