When I was recommended to try PRMI as a potential lender, I really didn't know what to expect. My wife and I were preparing ( and dreading LOL!!! ) to take that familiar leap into purchasing our next home. Chad did a great job, he went above and beyond what was necessary. I put multiple offers on multiple properties before one was accepted, Chad worked with myself and my realtor Saturday evening to to get an offer and Pre-Approval letter submitted, I cannot imagine someone else being willing to do that. I will definitely be using Chad for my next mortgage!
