How to Get a Loan

Once you select us to obtain your home loan, you'll be amazed at how quickly and simply the loan process moves. Before you know it, you'll have a mortgage that suits your lifestyle and saves you money.

Throughout the loan application process, we provide you with regular updates. You can also e-mail us with questions or new information. And if you want assistance, a mortgage loan officer will answer any questions you have with just a phone call away.

Here's an overview of our exclusive 3-step loan process:

Step One – Discover Your Buying Power

When purchasing a home, you need to find out how much you can afford, your budget, costs, payments, and so much more! At PRMI, we walk you through this important step by taking a consultative approach that ensures the loan accepted is the right choice for your set of circumstances.

Getting started is easy. Simply, click on Apply Now at the top of the page to setup your loan portal. Once completed, we will promptly begin helping you to discover your buying power.

Step Two – Find Your Home

Once you’ve been preapproved, your real estate agent will begin the next leg in your journey by finding and showing you various properties until you fall in love with the house that you can call home.

Next, they will represent you by assisting you in writing an offer, negotiating the sale, and navigating you through the inspection—and possibly—repair phases of the home.

Once your offer has been accepted, you enter into “escrow.” It’s the buying process and when all parties jump into action and begin working on your behalf with due diligence.

Step Three – Get Your Keys!

Your Real Estate Agent or the Seller will have designated an Escrow/Title Company to handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which make your purchase go smoothly.

We will coordinate with the escrow team and you'll sign the final papers either at their office or virtually from anywhere in the world using the latest in E-Closing technology.

With the funding of your loan and the closing of escrow comes the best part…you get your keys!

Congratulations, you’re now a homeowner.
