I love how quickly Craig responded to questions and concerns. He made the process much better. I don’t like how long the process took. However, we had started the process with a bank and Craig was so much faster we stopped working with the bank. It is a more complicated to get home loans right now with COVID and the economy. I understand that’s why it took as long as it did. So, I really appreciate Craig and how hard he worked for us! Thank you Craig!

Craig was always available to answer any questions we had. He never once acted frustrated when we asked multiple questions. He communicated what was happening with our loan clearly so we knew where we were at and the next step in the process constantly. He fought for us to have the best loan for our situation and when we changed something last minute he rolled with the change and made it happen just like we needed!
