Jenna was always there for us with any questions we had. She followed up with us and made sure we knew exactly what was going on. She always answered right away and made sure she was clear. She was friendly and welcoming, I have already given her name to someone! She was excellent to work with!

I think one of the ways it could be improved was just a bit clearer communication as far as written emails go. Sometimes it was hard to know what the emails were saying because of the lack of punctuation. But I really appreciated the quick responses Luke had and the way he was available when I had questions!
