Friendly service both in person as well as through virtual channels. The process of uploading information is seamless and digital signing most documents make the paperwork side of things a breeze. Brian is both informative and funny making the process of refinancing stress free. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

From the beginning, Brian was clear and to the point on what was expected of him, and us! He left no question in how the process would unfold and ultimately get us funded and into our home. Brian communicates well throughout the process, keeping us informed of the status, and he provides clear direction on documents he needs in order to proceed. Process was relatively painless and with a nice financial benefit.
