You expect submitted documents to be reviewed. After a few weeks got informed they would not accept some of them. Was able to explain and it was accepted. A couple of weeks later, issues again.
Send a list of all required documents at once. Waiting until the last few days to request
complete sets of new docs should not be done.
And if there are conditions, list them. Keep saying everything is fine to suddenly say the documents submitted weeks earlier are not too be accepted.
