Your team was extremely professional from the filing of paperwork, to the office staff, appraiser and loan officer. Everyone was expedient and knew exactly what needed to happen and when. They valued my time as much as I do!

As I mentioned to Brent, the process took several weeks longer than originally promised. Also at closing the lender provided instructions to the escrow for us to sign every page of our last two years tax returns (over 100 pages.). Neither we nor our escrow agent had ever run across such instructions.
