Britt's team was very helpful. They took the lead and coached us along the way. I have refinanced in the past and it seemed to drag on for months and they were constantly wanting additional documentation...I was hesitant to go through that again. Honestly I was hardly inconvenienced by the paperwork or getting the documentation. It was very streamlined. Thanks
